Following the announcement dated February 24^th 2020, INTRALOT notifies that Eurofootball Ltd contribution to Intralot Group for the nine-months period of 2019 was, €178.7 million in Sales, €14.6 million in EBITDA, €7.1 million in Profit after tax attributable to the equity holders of the parent, as well as €5.8 million in Net Assets.

In addition, the contribution of Eurobet Ltd Group to Intralot Group for the nine-months period of 2019 was, €43.1 million in Sales, €4.7 million in EBITDA, €2.1 million in Profit after tax attributable to the equity holders of the parent, as well as €20.2 million in Net Assets.
