Thursday, March 29, 2012: Release via e-mail to the ATHEX, the electronic press and posted on the company website (www.intralot.com) of the FY 2011 Financial Statements.

Thursday, March 29, 2012: Publication in the newspapers of the FY 2011 Financial Statements (corporate and consolidated).

Thursday, March 29, 2012: The annual briefing of analysts on the company’s financial results.

Wednesday, May 16, 2012: Annual General Shareholder’s Meeting.

Thursday, May 17, 2012: Last day of the negotiation with the dividend right.

Friday, May 18, 2012: Ex-dividend date.
Tuesday, May 22, 2012: Dividend beneficiaries – Record date.

Monday, May 28, 2012: Dividend payment through a credit institution. The company will issue a newer announcement on the dividend payment procedure.

Note that the ex-dividend date is before the expiration date of FTSE/ATHEX 20 index futures, in which the share of the company is included.
