Thursday, March 28, 2013: Release via e-mail to the ATHEX, the electronic press and posted on the company website (www.intralot.com) of the FY 2012 Financial Statements.

Thursday, March 28, 2013: Publication in the newspapers of the FY 2012 Financial Statements (corporate and consolidated).

Thursday, March 28, 2013: The annual briefing of analysts on the company’s financial results.

Tuesday, May 28, 2013: Annual General Shareholder’s Meeting.
Wednesday, May 29, 2013: Last day of the negotiation with the dividend right.

Thursday, May 30, 2013: Ex-dividend date. Note that this date is after the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company’s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index in which it is included.

Monday, June 3, 2013: Dividend beneficiaries – Record date.

Friday, June 7, 2013: Dividend payment through a credit institution. The company will issue a newer announcement on the dividend payment procedure.
