The INTRALOT Group, following its notifications dated March 26, 2019 regarding the agreement with Merkur Sportwetten GmbH, a subsidiary of the Gauselmann Group based in Espelkamp, Germany to take over the sports betting company Totolotek SA, a fully owned INTRALOT subsidiary in Poland, announces that the sale has been completed.
