Further to the announcement of July 29, 2022, Intralot announces that on August 8, 2022 its US subsidiary Intralot, Inc. fully redeemed the Senior Secured 2025 PIK Toggle Notes (the Notes) utilizing proceeds from a syndicated three-year Term Loan and a Revolving Credit Facility signed on July 28, 2022 with a syndication of US banks.
As a result of the redemption, all of the 2025 Notes have been cancelled.
