INTRALOT INCLUDED IN THE 125 NEW CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD

As an active member of the global business community and a leader in its industry, INTRALOT was selected to be a member of the newly founded Global Growth Companies Community of the World Economic Forum.

The establishment of the new group took place at the World Economic Forum’s “Inaugural Annual Meeting of the New Champions” in Dalian, China, from 6 to 8 September 2007. More than 1.700 leaders from 90 countries have participated in the so called “Summer Davos".

The Global Growth Companies Community comprises of the top 125 new generation companies that are expected to change the global competitive landscape. 40% of the members are from Asia, 26% hail from Europe, 20% are based in the Americas and 14% come from Africa and the Middle East. The “New Champions” are businesses that have demonstrated a clear potential to become leaders in the global economy, based on such factors as a company’s business model, growth record, leadership in their industry and outstanding executive leadership, among others.

During his participation in the WEF, Mr. Constantinos Antonopoulos, INTRALOT CEO, stated: "It is a privilege and a great honour for INTRALOT to be recognized as a Global Growth leader and actively participate in the World Economic Forum's Community of Global Growth Companies.
