INTRALOT was distinguished with the Gold – BEE Certified Award for its Business Ethics Excellence by the Greek Chapter of EBEN (European Business Ethics Network) in the sectors of Business Analysis, Regulations & Communications in Internal auditing and Performance Assessment following a comprehensive assessment process.
During the last four years INTRALOT has been rewarded by EBEN GR for its commitment and consistency to operate under the principles of integrity, reliability and business ethics. Honored for the last two years with the Gold-Bee Award, INTRALOT has built its corporate structure on solid foundations aiming at the satisfaction of its customers’ needs. At the same time, by incorporating in its everyday operation these significant business values, INTRALOT has been promoting sustainable business growth that has driven the Company to become the leader of the lottery sector.
Having focused and worked carefully on all of the fields that business ethics involve, INTRALOT has excelled in the area of Business Analysis, as a result of the timely identification and management of risks, development of process improvement systems, and performance within a culture of Quality, Security and Business Excellence. In this aspect, the existence of a robust Information Security and Quality Management system is INTRALOT’s most valuable asset. Furthermore, INTRALOT has established an effective Internal Audit system that operates within a framework of accepted rules and regulations that can be characterized as best practices. With a number of effective Management Systems already in place, such as ISO, WLA, and EFQM, INTRALOT discovered that the EBEN Model criteria provide an excellent fit and can add further value to its existing systems. As far as the Performance Assessment is concerned, INTRALOT has developed a number of strategic and operational systems which support the Company’s culture of continuous service and product improvement in all aspects of its everyday business and also integrate all its management systems into one, robust system that can produce improved financial results but also ethical recognition.
Mr. Argyris Tsilidis, Organisation & Human Resources Director, stated: “INTRALOT recognizes that applying Ethical Business Practices and seeking for new ways to further improve its business and excel in both financial and ethical terms, is not only an important strategic decision but also a true necessity.
