INTRALOT' s SHARES DECLINED 2,19% IN AUGUST 2002

INTRALOT’ s shares declined 2,19% in August, whilst, at the same time the Greek general index rose by 0,44%. Year-over-year, INTRALOT increased 15% whereas the general index fell 24%.
