INTRALOT announces according to the L.3556/2007, that NOVOMATIC AG notified our company on 29.6.2012 that on June 26, 2012, it acquired common registered shares of the company and as a result their participation increased to 5.07% (8,061,888 shares bearing voting rights of out of a total 158,961,721 shares).
