Intralot announces according to L.3556/2007, that Nakula Management Ltd notified our company on 8.11.2013 that on 6.11.2013, it sold common registered shares of the Company and as a result its participation in INTRALOT’s share capital dropped below 5.00% (from 10,918,268 voting rights, i.e. 6.87% to 5,418,268 voting rights, i.e. 3.41%). Nakula Management Ltd is a controlled company as per the Company’s announcement dated 4/10/2013.
