INTRALOTinforms the investment public, in accordance with the provisions of the law 3556/2007 and in continuation to our Company’s notification dated 4/12/2012 related to the Nakula Management Ltd participation in INTRALOT, that Nakula provided to our Company on 3.10.2013 the following additional information: Nakula Management Ltd is a company controlled by Feldmans Management LTD (controlled by O. Boyko), and therefore they hold the voting rights of these shares indirectly.
