INTRALOT, in accordance with the current legislation and the decision of its Board of Directors dated 12.04.2021, announces to the investing community that it intends to proceed with the sale of up to 500,000 own shares (0.32% of its total share capital) out of a total of 9,200,033 own shares, which represent 5.86% of its total share capital, to avoid cancellation after 3 years from their acquisition.

The shares were purchased during 2018, pursuant to the decisions of the Ordinary General Meetings of the Shareholders dated 26.05.2016 and 16.05.2018.

The aforementioned shares shall be offered in the period from 13.04.2021 to 16.04.2021, with a minimum selling price of 0.16 €.

During the same period, the company suspends the share buyback program which has been approved by the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated 29.05.2020.
