INTRALOT announces, in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art. 3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11), that on September 18, 2015 Mr. Dimitrios Klonis (liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005), transferred from his personal Stock Share, a total of 440,000 Common Registered Shares of INTRALOT, with voting rights, at the Joint Stock Share, in which he is the first joint holder with the second joint holder Mrs. Argiro Maniaki
