INTRALOT (the Company) in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art. 3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11), announces that the company INTRACOM HOLDINGS, connected legal entity through Mr. Dimitrios Klonis (liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005), on 29.9.2016 bought 309,959 of the Company’s registered common shares, for a total amount of euro 309,959.
