Regarding press publications concerning a fine that the Turkish Authorities imposed on the company Bilyoner, in which INTRALOT participates with a 25% stake, as well as to all companies of the sector operating in Turkey, the company informs, following a relative request by the Capital Markets Commission, that the fine has been suspended following the lawsuits filed by all the companies before the competent courts.

The case refers to a technical procedure in relation to the certification of the addresses of players of betting games played through the Internet. All companies certify the addresses of their players according to the international practices, over and above the requirements of the Turkish law, also utilizing the formal databases of the Turkish Republic. For this reason it is anticipated that the case will be resolved without any problems in the operation of Bilyoner.

It is noted that the company Bilyoner is not fully consolidated in the financial statements of INTRALOT and that the maximum potential write-down of its participation does not exceed the acquisition value that is booked in its accounting statements and amounts to 500 thousand euro.
