Following the announcements of INTRALOT dated 30.7.2015 & 19.10.2017 and subsequent to the supplementary information request by the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, we would like to notify you that the price of the acquisition of 65% shares of Bit8 amounted to € 7 mln. and shall be paid by the end of the current year. More specifically, an amount of € 6.2 mln. shall be paid for the acquisition of 61% shares of Bit8 whereas the remaining amount of € 800k relates to the buying option of an additional 4% stake.

Based on the above the total price for the acquisition of 100% shares of Bit8 will reach € 12.7mln.
