INTRALOT S.A., in response to no. 3830/ 22.10.2019 letter of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission informs the investor community that the company is in discussions with OTE S.A. on joint bid for a license of online Betting in Greece. The final decisions will be taken following the completion of the ongoing process of establishing the relevant regulatory framework.

INTRALOT is committed to informing both the investor community and the regulatory authorities, in accordance with the applicable law, provided that the relevant conditions are met by the conclusion of the negotiations between the parties.   

Also, according to the aforementioned letter referring to rumors for the acquisition of an INTRALOT’s stake by OTE, the company declares that it is not aware of any such discussion or decision.
