 INTRALOT announced that Mr Pantoleon, Mr Katakis and Mr Farris have been appointed as General Directors, following the reorganization of the company’s internal structure.

 “All General Directors have been serving successfully the company from management positions for many years, have broad understanding of our business and share the same values” said Mr Constantinos Antonopoulos, CEO of INTRALOT. “I am certain their experience and qualities will bring added value to the corporate governance of INTRALOT. Moreover, the new internal structure will assist us in realizing our vision.”

 John Pantoleon has been appointed as General Director of Finance and Development. Since joining INTRALOT in 1997, he has been serving the company from various positions (Project Coordinator, Financial Manager) and most recently was holding the position of the Contracts Director. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economic and Commercial studies and a M.Sc. in Financial Management & Accounting from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (U.M.I.S.T.).

 John Katakis, previously served as Deputy General Director, has been appointed as General Director of Commercial Division. Before joining the company in 1998, his working experience included highly responsible positions (project manager, general manager) in INTRACOM group. He holds Bachelors and M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and Ph.D. in Bioengineering.

 

Costas Farris has been appointed as General Director of Systems Technical Division and most recently was the Technical Director of the company. Before joining INTRALOT in 1997, he held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in INTRASOFT, in various software projects for big public and private sector Organizations. He has a Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science & Informatics and a M.Sc. in Data Mining & Data Bases from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (U.M.I.S.T.).
