INTRALOT has been awarded a ten year contract from Sociedad Beneficencia Publica de Jaen of Peru for the license of a lottery organization. INTRALOT shall establish a new lottery which will undertake the operation of all lottery games in the entire country. The contract includes the supply and support of an integrated on - line system as well as the marketing and management services.

The start up of the operation will commence in 2003. In the financing of the project local investors from Peru and investors from other countries will take part.

The agreement anticipates the gradual launch of games like Lotto, Instant Tickets, Fixed Odds Betting games and TV games in the local market, as well as, the future development and operation of Video Lotto. The games will be distributed by 1.000 points of sale.

Both contracts in Chile and Peru that INTRALOT has been awarded recently are expected to give a positive lead of the company in the emerging gaming market of Latin America.
