 Instant Lottery S.A. – member of INTRALOT Group – gained a new award at the meeting of WLA for the appointment of new members at the Security and Risk Management Committee which took place in Denmark. The Committee that consists of nine members – executives from State Organizations of the international lottery market – has as main object the quality, secure, transparent and reliable operation of the Organizations – Members of WLA.

 Three new members of the SRMC have been appointed at the meeting, among them is Mr. Fotis Mavroudis, General Manager of Instant Lottery S.A. The WLA recommended the participation of Instant Lottery S.A. at the Committee recognizing that the company applies secure and credible processes which surpass the WLA’ s standards. Instant Lottery S.A. places among the most significant Instant Lottery providers, worldwide, not only because appears high sales but also because now is expected to transfer its security know how to other Organizations – members of WLA. Also, Mr. Mavroudis will have the opportunity to present this know how at the next meeting of the Committee which will take place at the end of March in South Africa with the theme “The upgrading of WLA Security Control Standards”.

 Moreover, Mr. Morten Schjelderup, Vice President Security of Norsk Tipping A.S. in Norway was appointed the new President of SRMC instead of Mr. Bent Eckberg. Furthermore, WLA President Mr.Reidar Nordby, Jr. thanked Mr. Eckberg for his many years of loyal service to the Committee and his unflagging dedication to the cause of lottery security.
