INTRALOT LAUNCHES MONITORING SYSTEM OPERATION IN JAMAICA
INTRALOT has initiated the operation of its Electronic Monitoring System, “iGEM” and related services for the monitoring of the Video Lottery Terminals that are deployed at the Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) Gaming Lounges. The monitoring system operation services contract has an initial term of 10 years with an automatic renewal option for 5-year successive periods.
The iGEM system, developed by INTRALOT, is a next generation integrated solution for large-scale gaming networks. The VLTs that are installed in the SVL gaming lounges are connected and monitored by INTRALOT’s iGEM central monitoring system with absolute security and effectiveness. The full suite of the system has a number of modules enabling the provision of services like wide area jackpots, real time floor management and simultaneous multiprotocol support of both legacy and G2S slot machines providing operators the ability to efficiently manage their operations and the opportunity to deploy the latest VLT technology.
Mr. Brian George, President and CEO of SVL, stated: “We are really satisfied to continue our successful partnership with INTRALOT offering to the country a sophisticated VLTs monitoring system that will enable automatization, game authentication and real-time monitoring of our operations. INTRALOT’s innovative solution will support our strategy to continuously improve and optimize our operations and game offering. At the same time it will help us to enhance the principles of responsible gaming providing players the opportunity to live unique gaming experiences with absolute security and credibility.”
Mr. Nikos Nikolakopoulos, Managing Director of INTRALOT Latin America, stated: “We are very pleased to introduce in Jamaica iGEM, our integrated solution for gaming, in order to monitor all gaming machines that are established and will be deployed in the future to SVL’s gaming lounges. This project follows the successful implementation of iGEM in Peru, a demanding and large-scale project. Our experience and focus on state-of-the-art monitoring solutions, depicted in our recent contracts in Ohio and Victoria, guarantee that SVL will continue to provide unique gaming experiences to its players, combined with responsible gaming practices.”
