INTRALOT' S SHARES OUTPERFORMED THE GREEK GENERAL INDEX BY 17,5% IN JANUARY 2002

INTRALOT' s shares increased 17,7% in January, whilst, at the same time the general index rose 0,2%. The significant growth in revenues and earnings for 2001, (approximately 50% in earnings before taxes and 16% in revenues compared to 2000 in a consolidated level) along with the two contracts in Chile and Peru resulted a great interest in the stock. The average share volume in January 2002 was increased by 178% compared to December 2001.
