INTRALOT' S SHARES OUTPERFORMED THE GREEK GENERAL INDEX BY 7,5% IN MARCH 2002

INTRALOT' s shares increased 5,26% in March, whilst, at the same time the general index declined by 2,24%. The significant growth in revenues and earnings for 2001, (approximately 50% in earnings before taxes and 16% in revenues compared to 2000 in a consolidated level) along with the new acquisition in Bulgaria resulted a great interest in the stock. The average share volume in March 2002 stands at a high level, helped by the roadshow of the company to European institutional investors. During the roadshow, which lasted 3 days, the CEO of the company Mr Antonopoulos, visited some of the largest European funds, many of which are already shareholders of the company.
