 Mr Dimitrios Hatzigrigoriadis has been appointed as the new independent member of the Board of Directors, following the approval of the shareholders’ meeting.

With the addition of Mr. Hatzigrigoriadis, the new B.o.D. is composed by 8 members - 5 executive and 3 non-executive. According to the company’s corporate governance practices, which are in compliance with the ASE’s (Athens Stock Exchange) set standards.

 Mr D. Hatzigrigoriadis studied law in the Athens University and in London. He served as member of the Stock Market Committee for five years (1994 until 1998) and is consultant of the Athens Megaro Mousikis Organisation since 1988.
