Any reports or complaints may be submitted, either anonymously or by name through:

- A letter addressed to: «Bally's Intralot», 19th km Markopoulou Ave., 190 02 Peania, to the att. of Mr. Dimitris Kremmidas (Compliance Officer) with the indication “Confidential”.

* It is noted that in case the Compliance Officer is the subject of reports or complaints or if the reporting individual is not comfortable reporting them to the Compliance Officer, the  reports or complaints may alternatively be reported either anonymously or by name through:
